• Device and connection metadata necessary for discovery, pairing, and connection.
• Pairing and trust state needed to recognize previously trusted devices.
• Subscription entitlement state required for access control.
• Basic app settings and recent connection references stored on device.

3. Data not collected by default

• No broad personal profile is required to operate core local-network features.
• No remote cloud account is required for local control flows by default.

4. How data is used

• To discover and connect your devices on the same network.
• To secure sessions and maintain trusted-pair relationships.
• To determine entitlement and feature availability in the app.

5. Storage and retention

Operational data required for app functionality is stored locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise by a service integration.

6. Third-party services

Billing and purchase restoration are handled through Apple App Store mechanisms (such as StoreKit) where applicable. Additional platform store providers may apply for Android.

7. Security

StageDeck uses an explicit pairing flow and encrypted transport session for operational messaging after secure session establishment.

8. Your choices

• Uninstall apps to remove locally stored app data from your devices.
• Revoke local network and accessibility permissions in OS settings.
• Remove trusted pairings from app settings when supported.
